CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your time and strive to provide exceptional service. To ensure fairness to both our clients and staff, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. As a one-time courtesy, we allow one reschedule without penalty. A second reschedule will incur a 50% rescheduling fee. Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled after the 48-hour window. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
